While OnSong does not meet the threshold required by this law, we do want to be completely transpired with why your personal data is required and how it is being used.

This following article provides information about how your data is used as well as providing links for your to manage how your data is used and if you choose to delete your personal data. Just keep in mind that since some personal information is required for use of features and services in OnSong that doing so may effect your use of purchases.
OnSong requires personal information (name and email address) in order to create an account or to register to receive email communications about your purchased product. OnSong also may request additional information such as a user-generated password in order to create an account to access certain features and services that are paid and linked to you as an individual or as an organization.
If you sign up for an account through our website, you will need to provide your physical address. This is for tax purposes as OnSong is required to pay sales tax. If you purchase OnSong through the Apple App Store, your information is stored by Apple and you will need to contact them required access and use of your personal information. If you have registered with OnSong or have created an OnSong account through the app or our website, you can learn how to manage your personal information in the sections below.
When you create an OnSong account, or had previously registered your app, you are added to an email list to receive news from OnSong directly as well as free content from OnSong providers. Your information in never sold or traded. We don't think that would be a fair way to treat our customers. We also try to keep our email messaging to a minimum, approximately one or two emails per month. You can always locate the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of each email, or you can manage your email preferences to limit the types of email messaging you receive from OnSong.
Changing Your Information
If you need to change your personal information, you can always sign into your OnSong account and access your profile. All of your information is kept secure on OnSong servers and is never shared with any third-party.
Other Stored Information
When you sign into your OnSong account through the app or website, some information is required to maintain the authentication and to provide for the access of our features and services. Your authentication information is compared to irreversible and encrypted copies to ensure you are who you say you are. Your device information is such as the make, model, and vendor unique identifier are also stored so we can know which devices you are actively using. Publicly available information may also be obtained such as your IP address in order to aid in the processing of your information. For instance, we may require this to determine your country of origin information to provide a service that meets the legal requirements of that country. This information is not used in any user-identifiable manner and is only used for the functionality of the service.
