If you need technical assistance with OnSong, the best way is by sending your library for diagnosis from within the OnSong app. This provides our support agents with all the details needed to address your issue. However, due to the volume of support requests, it can take some time for us to respond to your case.
OnSong Premium members have the option to request to fast track any support request. This immediately places your support request at the top of our list and notifies our support team, making sure that your issue is addressed as soon as possible.
To fast track your request, first sign up to be an OnSong Premium user. It only costs a few bucks every month and gives you access to all the features OnSong has to offer. Once you're done, use the Get Support screen within the OnSong app to provide us with steps to replicate the issue. At the bottom of the Get Support screen, toggle the Would you like to fast track your request option to flag the request as urgent. That's it! We will respond to you first with a resolution.
