For years, OnSong was only available as a single, one-time purchase. Over the years, the capability of OnSong has increased along with enhanced services. Today OnSong is available at a number of price points to meet the needs of every musician.
OnSong 2020 (formally named just OnSong or OnSong Pro) is the workhorse that our users have come to know and love. It's available as a one-time download and includes all pro-level features and does not require a subscription. It's not updated as frequently so it's great for those who enjoy a slower upgrade pace and a familiar user interface. It includes standard support, but no services. If you had purchased OnSong as a one-time download in the past, you can install OnSong 2020 from your account in the App Store app for free as long as you are signed in with the Apple ID where it was originally purchased. You can also download OnSong 2020 from the App Store for $49.99.
OnSong 2022 is available as a free download and gives you the ability to unlock features through an OnSong membership. This versions lets you view and receive songs and sets from a paid OnSong user.
OnSong Essentials is great for musicians just getting started with going paperless on stage and in the practice room. You get basic features of OnSong for just $2/month if paid annually, or $2.99/month if paid month-to-month.
OnSong Premium is your all-access pass to features and services OnSong has too offer as soon as they are available. You also get access to priority technical support and services for just $4/month if paid annually or $4.99/month if paid month-to-month.
OnSong Solo and Group Subscriptions
You can also sign up for an OnSong subscription on the OnSong website for lower cost options. For instance, group subscriptions let your organization pay for OnSong and invite members of your band or team. The price can be as low as $1.33 per user per month when paid annually.
