Sometimes we need some more information to provide the best support possible. Many times a simple screenshot will help us understand what you are experiencing. iOS and iPadOS allow you to press physical buttons on the device in order to take a screenshot. This method changes slighting depending on your device.
Devices with Home Buttons
If you have an iPad or iPhone with a physical home button, you can take a screenshot by pressing the home button and power button and releasing simultaneously. The screen will flash with a camera sound to capture the screen.
Devices without Home Buttons
If you are using a newer device without a home button, you will press and hold the volume up and home buttons and release them simultaneously. The screen will flash with a camera sound to capture the screen.
Sharing the Screenshot
On newer versions of iOS/iPadOS, the screenshot will appear in the lower corner of the screen. Tap on this to view the screenshot and to share it. You can then tap on the "share" icon which appears as a square with an up-arrow. From here you can email and send it to support@onsongapp.com. On older iOS versions, the screenshot may be automatically saved to the Photos app where you can retrieve it and share it in the same manner.
